Archeology
There are two types of Archeological Surveys. One is the topographical mapping of the surface. The second the subsurface mapping. GEL is concerned with the latter of the two.
In the past Archeological digs were conducted with only partial understanding of what was underground. Grids were set up and digging was begun to see what was there.
Today with GEL’s advanced sub-terrain mapping systems no digging is necessary until you know precisely at what latitude, longitude and depth the finds are that you want to excavate.
GEL uses Resistivity Exploration and proprietary software to do 2D and 3D sub-terrain mapping.
Resistivity exploration can show visually the location and depth of just about anything, such a bones, pots, ancient cook ware, any metal, ancient walls, grave sites, water aquifers – and all of this can be discovered without excavation and without damaging the plants or animals that reside on the land.
